I purchased this guitar from Fingertip guitar. I paid and waited for it to be shipped. After 30 days I contacted the seller and received some excuses about Chinese New Year and their shipping company not shipping the guitar ( What they did have it to ship ?) They offered me another guitar but not the same model. I contacted Ebay and spent quite a bit of my time talking with them . In the end no one contacted me with what transpired between Ebay and the seller.
