I bought this unit listed as new but the fibers were a bit rough and I believe it is a Kristen that someone chopped bangs on. I knew this when I bought it but could not say no to the excellent price! BTW, I was able to fix it with a little TLC and now it looks like the popular Noriko Alva but higher quality. The shipping cost was perfectly reasonable and the seller shipped very quickly. I am very satisfied with this purchase because I knew what I was getting into thanks to the great pictures.
