Unfortunately this seller didn’t ship what I ordered, and I received one broken. He said he had a broken glass .
I have contacted the seller and he was extremely difficult to reason with, showing me the following- He accepted my offer, and was sending 2 other items, or could lower the price. All this was said to me on the offer acceptance form. I asked- why didn’t you message me about the broken glass BEFORE you accepted the offer? Why didn’t you message me after you received the offer

Untrue. I sent counter offer to Buyers offer with message explaining situation and buyer accepted, apparently without reading. Shipment arrived with one glass broken, I offered to find and send replacement, buyer refused saying, "I DON'T WANT YOUR REPLACEMENT. It may arrive broken." Then demanded refund of "unused shipping $$" which apparently is code for pay or I will give negative feedback.
