My parcel got delivered to the wrong address. This seller basically washed her hands of it. No help at all. I had to contact royal mail. Even though the info from royal is that the seller should. I don't like to give negative feedback but in this instance it's well deserved.

I didn't wash my hands. I did contact Royal Mail. I hit a brick wall with them as they had a photo which they said proved it had been delivered. This lady knows this as I did email her to tell her. Once a parcel is delivered It is no longer the sellers property or concern is what I was told. Apologises were sent in yet another email, My hands were tied.
