Rails arrived in ok condition. The rail operation is quite gritty (sounds like there is sand in them) And the mounting to the rack wasn't great. I had to manually bend the metal back for it to latch properly in the rack. They do work just fine after these changes. i wouldn't blame the seller for the bent metal (most likely the shipping company) but the grittiness is not good and initially caused the rails to be a bit jammed
