    I received a VERY nasty response from this seller when I requested a return because the picture the seller posted did NOT represent the product I received nor wanted. I have already sent his response to eBay for review. This seller advertises, "My promise to my customers, whether potential or actual, is courteous conversation". That is MOST definitely what I DID NOT receive. Buyer beware of this guy!

    You received a "nasty response" because you wanted me to sell you what I did not have, bought what I had, then turned around and accused me of not sending you, "CLEAR" gloss - my listing clearly said, "MATTE" Exploiting ebay' obtuse return policy was not enough for you...you had to give me a bad name on top of sampling my stuff before returning them.You're a disgrace & an apology for a human being & your ilk do not belong in the eBay market place.The unfortunate thing is - EBAY ALLOWS THING!!!
