No Communication, until I chased it 2 weeks after expecting the delivery having not received it, then received a generic picture showing a damaged parcel, no idea if it is my parcel. Seller refunded without consulting me, but then surprisingly relisted the item at an inflated price. Typical Ebay saying they will do something but just a toothless organisation that is happy to keep on collecting the seller fees without actually policing the site.
