Would've been nice if seller immediately notified me with the option of a refund or overnighting me another. But, as a repeat customer, all I got was a paltry insincere apology, no option for a new one, no option of immediate refund - just an ultimatum to return the defective one before May 7, 2024 or forfeit my refund. I explained that most sellers simply refund the money OR overnight a new one and then trust the buyer to return it, but most don't require a return. DON'T BUY THEIR OLD JUNK!
