I never received this item. Seller contacted me to pay $120 more for shipping-When I tried to cancel the order. Seller had posted that it was shipped and so could not open the order to cancel. I would like the $147.70 credited back to my account which has not happened. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER-I have reported to authorities for reimbursement.

Seller claimed to be from Chesapeake Virginia and is actually from India! Took a month and a week to receive a low quality cane that is NOTHING LIKE PICTURES! Seller claimed I would have in 3-5 days! Lied about several things including the quality! It was also missing parts to complete its usability! I want a total refund from this joker! Worst experience EVER! Total garbage store cane worth about 30 bucks not 150.00!
