Advertised as a "NEW" item, this is clearly not a new item! Residual ink from use is seen on the print head, packaging is clearly opened and taped back shut. I am disappointed in this obviously fraudulent "NEW" add.
I ordered this as a future replacement item in case I need it. This printer is out of production and with it, parts will be more difficult to find. Previously bought a replacement on Amazon so, this item will sit, hopefully for years and may never be used. Still, this sucks!
