This is not true! We sent a message to this customer within one working day of his order, explaining that although the size he purchased is available in an MT tread but in a different model, the exact model he wanted would require a few extra days to be delivered due to high demand. Additionally, we asked if he was unable to wait and would accept a different model, or if he would prefer a full refund. Despite our communication, the customer left us negative feedback with false details.
