Item was lost/misplaced by seller after I purchased it. Never heard anything about it for almost 2 weeks until I reached out to the seller. They then explained to me they don't know how to issue refunds and offered no alternative resolution to the issue of my buying product they lost. When I offered a solution of etransferring me a refund, I never got a responce. Had to get a refund from ebay. Seller admitted that this is an issue they've had before. Poor product management, don't recommend.
