The item was not missing any parts, as I was able to assemble it once I received the package back. The buyer requested a refund due to them saying the item was missing parts, so I reimbursed them for all shipping charges and issued a full refund as soon as I received the item back. This issue was resolved. I reached to the buyer regarding this feedback, but they did not respond. We stand behind all the products we sale and if you have an issue with our products we will make it right.
