I did not blame them for the non-delivery, only the postal service. After contacting the seller, they sent me a message that one of their agents would look into it and get back to me. It has been over three weeks since I sent this message and subsequent messages and I have not heard back from them. For a business on eBay, this is a bad business practice; in fact terrible. Avoid.
