Well, I bought one batch of dehydrated sourdough from here, one from zourdough. Got the Zourdough batch first, with a TON of hints, a page front and back, supportive info, email for questions, etc. Superb, so, when I got this, sent from a Vintage postcards business account, at first, I had no clue what it was. No indication anywhere, no info on feeding, etc, merely "serving size" info, like you would gulp down dehydrated sourdough. Personally, from now on, I am sticking with Sourdough. Thanks.
