Received item on time, firmware was intact. Both the console and included controller were disgusting, covered in grime and hair. The console has brown dust caking the vents, possibly implying smoke damage. Price was heavily inflated for an item in very used condition, and no attempts appear to have been made to clean this up.

Buyer is a liar and a PoS, unhappy because he paid for extremely low firmware machine to probably update it to 4.03 (dumba$$) and now wants to cry about the price.
