Die vorliegende Arbeit befasst sich mit der Synthese und Charakterisierung von Vorstufen fur Germanium-Antimon-Tellurid (GST). Im Verlauf dieser Arbeit wurden funf bisher nicht charakterisierte Verbindungen synthetisiert. Die Charakterisierung und Analyse der Molekulstruktur erfolgte uber NMR- und IR-Spektroskopie, Einkristallroentgenstrukturanalyse sowie Massenspektrometrie. Dazu wurde von zwei verschiedenen Carbodiimiden ausgegangen, die mit Lithiumaziridinat zu Lithiumguanidinaten umgesetzt wurden. Die beiden Carbodiimide waren das N, N-Dicyclohexyl- und das N, N-Diisopropylcarbodiimid. Im Anschluss wurden die metallorganischen Vorstufen durch Zugabe der entsprechenden Metallchloride synthetisiert.
