The item was never delivered, I went to the postoffice and told that the item was delivered to a different address, I then contacted ebay and ebay sided with the seller. I was ripped off $500.

This parcel was just valued around $36 dollars, how come you lost $500usd? From the tracking information, the parcel was delivered in time, there's no evidence it got lost or sent to a wrong address. Even though, we still hope to take this loss on our side, and sent you message on whatsapp to resend you a new parcel, never got a positive reply. We feel desperately regretful.
