    I feel i paid too much for item. Showed up with plastic torn away from card and toy loose in box. Packaging seemed ok. Item didn't recieve damage. Had to pay customs clearance on top to come to Canada.

Prior to your feedback, I completed the partial refund as we discussed & as you stated was fair compensation. eBay international shipping fees and customs charges are irrelevant to seller feedback as they are controlled solely by eBay.
