My experience in customs clearance. Not including EU duties and taxes, the additional DHL charges were almost €60. Therefore, it is always better for the seller to handle all taxes (this is common for eBay sellers). So, the product cost me an additional €60. I would rather have paid some of that money to the seller. At the same time, I am glad that the seller submitted additional necessary documents to customs. So I thank him again.
