Rarely, but sometimes (like in this case) i need to pay extra money at the counter to get my mail, wich is unfortunate and i think it could be adressed earlier. In most of the cases when i have purchased and payed on ebay i assume i have payed all and can pick up the mail. The main problem with this is that i`m not being told until the moment i stand at the post office ready to pick it up. Wich is strange since i feel this could be adressed very much earlier, and most of all during purchase.
