Seller swapped a slightly different cell which I'm not thrilled with but was so close to similar and offered to take it back that I decided to keep it rather than deal with the hassle. I don't like business going that way but they were at least honest about it and it was so very similar in this particular case thankfully I'm not exceptionally picky.
