Livres emballés n'importe comment sans protection dans 5 cartons scotchés ensemble et arrivés avec 5 livres sur 22 écornés, cassés. 4 cartons en bas et 1 carton dessus. Réponse vendeur "D' ordinaire, ,la personne qui prépare nos envois, le fait avec soin. Ne voulant pas mettre tous les ouvrages dans le même carton pour éviter les chocs internes, il a cru bien faire en les fractionnant , ce qui , manifestement, n' a pas eu l'effet escompté. vous oubliez de preciser que les 5 cartons etaient sous un film étirable noir, ; c'est dommage que vous n'ayez pas pu passer les chercher comme vous me l'aviez indiqué auparavant.
