Sold defective product, not as described. Shoes all stretched out with no elastic left in strap that goes around ankle. Feet completely slip out of these shoes in my accurate size. Own a similar pair that has strong elastic which holds shoe on foot. Beware: Person was extremely nasty in communications trying to resolve it. Now I have to pay to repair these already expensive shoes that are unwearable because the seller damaged them, admitting her feel swelled in them.

After she sent countless msgs to give her a discount on the shoes, i quote "...i would take the definite sale.......ive had higher priced items sitting for several years. if i were you i would take the bird in the hand for $275." I did. She sends message to "resolve" because her flat heels/ankles had no room to hold the elastic. i told her to RETURN THE SHOES FOR A FULL REFUND!!!!!!!! and she refused, instead she wanted me to pay her an additional $50 to FIX. Youre abusing the system.
