item was broken whilst being packaged by seller (NOT due to post office mishandling or normal wear and tear). I complained. Woman was unsympathetic. I continued the conversation. She told me some sob story. I sent photos and she didnt even look at them or acknowledge the issues. Neverhrtheless, I decided out of the given her sob story to just let it go and eat the loss. She couldn't even be bothered to thank me for this. Hence, negative feedback.
