The item was not missing any parts, as I was able to assemble it once I received the package back. The buyer requested a refund due to them saying the item was missing parts, so I reimbursed them for all shipping charges and issued a full refund as soon as I received the item back. This issue was resolved. I reached to the buyer regarding this feedback, but they did not respond.
