I purchased a 42cm decanter and made sure it was in perfect condition before purchasing. But what I actually received was 32cm and had many defects. The initial negotiation with the seller was all about evading responsibility. When I wanted to return the product the threats started. This is the first time I met such a seller. It's terrible, I advise other consumers to stay away from such dishonest sellers. I have retained all evidence and have not ruled out legal action.
