I got the item just fine, and it works perfectly. Definitely seems to be in new condition to me. Shipping was slow, which wasn't unexpected since it's international, but the tracking info I had was a USPS tracking code that just said "it's not in our system yet" with no ETA for the vast majority of the transit time, which had me worried it'd get lost. In the end everything turned out fine though, and that is my only minor quibble with the whole process.
