Book was described as like new condition but arrived with damaged front and back covers, brown pages, and damaged binding. It took several messages back and forth to get a full refund; the seller only wanted to refund 25%, even though they sold me a book that did not match their description, and was not the book pictured. Why do sellers believe that consumer rights don't apply on eBay? Poor service, poor products. This will be the last time I purchase from seller.
