Tried to negotiate a better price on an item I purchased because it was about $20 over its normal price. Seller said he couldn’t wiggle since he was paying shipping. I conceded and payed full price. Seller then shipped product theory cheapest means possible and the item was lost; I never took receipt. I was refunded but am now looking again for an item that took me 2 years to find.

We had done everything in our power to find this package, but unfortunately if the carrier loses the package there is very little we can do. We updated you directly daily on the situation and refunded 2 weeks before we were required too. I'm sorry this all occurred, but we did everything we could to resolve this...Can't win them all 😢
