The train requires a specialized tool to open the battery compartment (triangular screw driver). Would have been nice to know ahead of time.
I ordered this train for my child with special needs and he is unable to understand why we can’t make it work, as we are going to have to order a special screwdriver.

THIS TRAIN DOES NOT REQUIRE A SPECIAL TOOL TO OPEN. BUYER BROKE THE TRAIN BY TAKING OUT HEXIGON SCREWS THAT WERENT SUPPOSE TO COME OUT! THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME OR ASKED ANY QUESTIONS ON HOW TO CHANGE THE BATTERY AND JUST WENT AND LEFT
THIS NEGATIVE FEEDBACK! I SENT HER MESSAGES AFTER SEEING THIS NEGATIVE FEEDBACK TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM BUT THEY CHOSE NOT TO EVEN THOUGH THEY BROKE THE TRAIN BY REMOVING THE SCREWS THAT WEREN’T SUPPOSED TO BE REMOVED AND PROBABLY LOST THE MAGNETS BY DOING SO!
