Item received refurbished in original packaging! Seller was very quick to respond to messages and even included the mounting T-Nuts as courtesy! Wheel base works extremely well and has zero cosmetic damage and had the firmware already updated! Excellent performance out of the box as a refurbished direct drive wheel base. Would buy again, perhaps for an upgrade!
