I recently purchased the above lifter. During the third match in which I used it the top section (with the black handle) came off the lifter and it is now in two parts.
I am extremely disappointed that it has broken in such a brief time and would suggest that the engineering of the telescopic handle should be reviewed.
It may be that the one I received was defective, but it is still nevertheless saddening that an otherwise useful product should fail so quickly.
