Before we shipped the item, we checked it and it was working properly. We know things can happen in shipping, so we were understanding. We handled the claim as requested. After being unsuccessful at troubleshooting the problem, we gave the buyer a refund without any question. We didn't want to inconvenience the buyer any further so we didn't even request to ship this item back. We will be more careful on giving thorough checks in the future to avoid inconveniencing our customers.
