Item has never arrived after two months. Seller gave me two different tracking numbers that didn't show anything other than just days after I placed the order, the item was shown to be just 45 minutes from house. I believe he is a scammer.

How does ebay allow a Top Rated seller to scam people? The two tracking numbers you refer to are the 'carrier' and the 'tracking number'. The item was attempted to be delivered to you and was unsuccessful as no one was home. Therefore you were advised to pick it up from your local post office. It's still there...
