There's nothing I could have done differently. You were sent the correct size on time. You returned the item and were refunded without hesitation because they didn't fit. There was nothing wrong with my performance as a seller and I have sold many pairs of these trousers and this is the only one that has been returned for not fitting. I don't think it's very fair to leave negative feedback because new clothing doesn't fit
