In the event that a part is supplied correctly but the customer had made an error, AM Car Parts must be contacted immediately and the part returned to us within 7 days at the cost of the customer. Delivery will not be refunded and a 20% fee will then be charged. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. Most of the items we offer with 24hr Free UK main land delivery. This service does not apply to Highland or N. The item it's self from AM Car Parts, is excellent, however the postal company you use in my opinion are rubbish. Took three attempts to deliver the goods, said we were not in when we were. The box was ripped open, not impressed, but once again the item is excellent and fitted well.
