We do apologize, but this feedback is incorrect. We have answered every single message you have sent, you confirmed via pictures in your messages that the unit you received was the Wireless bass meter from the listing, and we have been offering a return for over two weeks. This order was shipped to an address inside the USA, but you are stating that you only want to be refunded without a return because you can't return the Bass meter you ordered from outside of the United States.
