Posting did not provide scale. I asked. Seller asked how he could tell the scale. I replied to measure the axle distance between the wheels. Is 2 1/2 inches it is 0 scale. Sellers response was a photo. The photo was misleading as I interpreted the inches as 2 1/2 but if you look closely the measuring tape is skewed to the left giving a first glance appearance of being 2 1/2 inches. I agree I misinterpreted the sellers response but think I am due a refund. Caveat emptor!
