One earring was defective. The seller has been unwilling to replace and will only offer a partial refund after first telling me I should try and fix it myself. I have explained 3 times that you cannot use a single earring - it is a set. Every time they ask me to accept a discount without replacing or refunding the item, even though I am willing to return. My young daughter can simply not only wear one earring.
