The item was delivered by Walmart, not USPS as stated in ad. The seller wanted me to send the open bottle with liquid in it back to them. DO NOT ever do this! Per USPS rules this is a hazardous product and should never be shipped by them if the original seel has been broken. I informed the seller of this and after a few days they contacted me to have me send me the empty bottle back to them. Really!! I contacted eBay and they said they would look into it. A few days later I received a refund.
