I have offered a refund and paid for a returns postage label through royal mail so the item could be picked up from home, you have until the 29th to return the item . This is the first I have heard about you not being able to leave your house ,you didn't message me and let me know ,you just left neutral feedback . If you had messaged me I would have done my upmost to help. I have been in constant communication with you and had not heard anything and assumed the parcel had been sent back.
