I wish the seller added that the hat is flimsy and flat when you sit it down.. the pictures looked deceiving, as if the cap had something to hold it up. I have to buy a crown insert which isn’t too bad but just inconvenience.

Thanks for the feedback, and sorry to hear you were disappointed. We thought the pictures did a good job of conveying that. For example, in picture 6, where it shows the hat being flimsy, you can see that it doesn't stay up as firm as other hats. We'll take your feedback for future listings and make it clearer in the description as well, though.
