Since the bought item was too large for my size I tried to return it. So I’ve returned it in specified time but they close the return period before originally announced data, then they received the item (one dress) and stated that it has one stain (that was not present whwn I send it back) -so I didn’t receive the refund back and also I didn’t received the dress I sent them!
