The item was very well packed, and the was no damage to the box it came it. The wheels which are spot welded to the 'axle' was a of glue was used as an attempt to stick it back to the axle ,which obviously failed. The whole she'll of the caravan was bent to. Any way I'm not bothering to return it. I have the skills to effect a proper repair, as this is a garden orniment it will work out OK and my wife will be happy...... ( the most important thing) .z

I haven't received the parasol, and have asked for a refund, apparently Evri have lost it. I needed it for the 31st May so had plenty to time for delivery, I am so disappointed and won't be ordering anything again from Ebay, as I have been to Argos as I said it was needed for a bbq party for my 65th birthday party on the 29th May ,and am still waiting for my refund
