The packaging came perfectly fine the product was not damaged although I will say when I began to use it I noticed there was an issue on the mouse pad area where the left click sticks and doesn’t come back up but I didn’t want to return it because I was pretty much happy with the product and I do have a wireless mouse that I can use but I’m not saying that this issue with the mouse pad on the laptop constantly happens it doesn’t it’s just every now and then I notice it doesn’t come back up.
