Unfortunately, the device came in not working . Seller was pretty useless saying to reach out to the manufacturer. I didn’t want the hassle that since the device has been out of production since 2017. Now gotta deal with the annoyance of a return . Just because of the sellers unapologetic careless attitude, I’d definitely spend my money elsewhere.

This was an international sale. I attempted to help in every way possible. I suggested a return as I knew ebay would refund for her since they handled the shipping but yes I also suggested reaching out to the manufacturer. Some people are just never pleased *shrug*
