Defekte Kamera verschickt, angeblich Transportschaden. Ich soll die Angelegenheit mit DHL regeln, obwohl dies seine Aufgabe als Versender ist. Er will die Kamera nicht zurücknehmen, obwohl er als offensichtlich gewerblicher Verkäufer (s. Anzahl der Kameraverkäufe!!!!) dazu verpflichtet ist. Ich werde juristisch gegen das Verhalten vorgehen, den Verkäufer bei Ebay und beim zuständigen Finanzamt melden.

Am 03.05.24 Ware zugestellt & am 08.05.25 eine angebliche Beschädigung reklamiert. Aber DHL will er nicht kontaktieren, weil vermutlich er selbst den Schaden verursacht hat. Aber mit solchen Käufer muss man leider immer rechnen ( 1 Prozent).
