I asked for additional photos to determine if the book I was buying was a first edition first state and was declined, as "I get requests for extra photos etc and then they do not buy the book." Upon receipt, the book is a first edition, but NOT a first state, as I was trying to find out via my request. However, the price reasonable and the book in the condition it was stated.

Buyer did ask for a photo of one of the interior pages. I assumed they wanted to know if the color plate was intact. So instead of downloading a photo I assured them that it was. The buyers inquiry was just that with no mention of a First Edition or what ever a first state is.
