Bought a pair of used black peep toe shoes from this seller and had to throw them in the bin, they were filthy and the smell was sickening. Brown dirty footprints in them and a smell that wouldn't lift after multiple attempts of cleaning them.

You have not contacted me since 1st Feb to say there is an issue. I'd have been happy to fully refund had you shown me photos in case I had missed something. You haven t - I don't think I did. I am a reputable seller and it would hardly be worth me risking selling something and making so little after fees and postage for such appalling feedback. Perhaps the smell is a result of your own 'cleaning' actions as they didn't smell here! The shoes were as shown in the photos. Upset by this feedback.
